Description

The machine frame is a welded construction made of rectangular tubes of closed design, which is absolutely torsion proof. Material receptacles are welded, designed for a pressure of 6 bar and approved by TÜV. They are equipped with floor and wall covering, stirring star, bell lock and fill-in hopper. All parts exposed to wear are made of wear resistant special steel and can be easily exchanged. Drive shafts for metering screws and stirring stars run in overdimensioned roller bearings. Gear wheels in mitre pots are protected against dust and run in oil baths. Drive motors can be pole switched for 2 different speeds. Types 101, 104 and 208 run on 4 pneumatic tyres for smooth transport of this wet concrete gun. The hose point is pneumatically operated and assures continuous work. Simple and clear electro-pneumatic control completes this robust and uncomplicated design and guarantees trouble-free operation.
The machine consists of two single concrete guns coupled via a point to work in shift. Thus continuous operation is assured. For type 208 G each gun is mounted on a separate frame and through corresponding mounting the control panel may be installed either left or right.
